Unique Park Lodge and Events General Terms and Conditions

Reservation and Booking:

• All room reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by the lodge management.
• Guests must provide accurate information during the booking process, including the number of occupants and special requests.
• Reservation modifications or cancellations may be subject to fees or penalties, as outlined in the lodge's cancellation policy.
1. Check-In and Check-Out:
• Check-in time is typically after [specified time], and check-out time is before [specified time].
• Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Guests must present valid identification and a method of payment upon check-in.
2. Room Allocation:

• The lodge reserves the right to allocate rooms based on operational requirements.

5. Property and Guest Safety:
• Guests are responsible for the safekeeping of their personal belongings and valuables during their stay.
• The lodge is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to guests' property, unless caused by the negligence of lodge staff.
• Guests should familiarize themselves with the lodge's emergency procedures and comply with all safety regulations.
6. Pets and Smoking Policy:
• Unless otherwise specified, pets are not permitted on the lodge premises.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited in indoor areas of the lodge. Designated smoking areas may be provided for guests who wish to smoke.
7. Liability and Indemnity:
• Guests agree to indemnify and hold the lodge harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from their stay or use of lodge facilities.
• The lodge shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, except where prohibited by law.
